Matthew A. Kosior succeeded James Oram Wible as president of American Colors, Inc.
Wible, a company co-founder, was president for nearly 43 years and retains the title of chairman of the board.
Kosior joined American Colors in 1989 as a lab chemist. Over the years, he’s been lab manager, VP of Technical Operations, EVP and CEO. Kosior assisted in the expansion of operations in the U.S. with two new facilities, Gallatin, Tenn. and Seguin, Texas, as well as a plant in Shanghai China.
“Matt has showed a prowess in enhancing the reputation and operations of American Colors. The Board of Directors has the utmost confidence in his ability to lead American Colors in producing increased value for our customers and the industries we serve,” Wible said.
