New Guard Coatings Group acquired Arcon Construction Supplies.
“We’re very excited to welcome the Arcon team into the NGC Group family," New Guard Managing Director Ben Cooper said. They have all been with the company for a long time and have the same ethos and values that we already hold around the group.
“Arcon gives us access to markets and products which complement our current offering.”
As with previous takeovers involving New Guard Coatings, Arcon will be maintaining its own branding and identity.
