PPG will showcase its full range of coatings for shed builders at the 2019 Big Shed Show at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Cincinnati on Oct. 3.
The PPG booth will feature a mini-shed coated with a different color of PPG AQUACRON 200 waterborne acrylic polyurethane coating on each of its four sidewalls. The four colors – Mahogany, Chestnut, Driftwood and Scarlet Red – are among the most popular for shed manufacturers.
PPG Aquacron 200 coatings offer shed builders a high-performance alternative to value-priced standard acrylic-enamel products. They are available in six pre-mixed semi-transparent stains and can be made in any solid color, including more than 1,800 hues from the THE VOICE OF COLOR platform. Exceptionally hard, fast-drying, and ultraviolet-resistant (UV-resistant), PPG Aquacron 200 coatings also meet performance specifications from the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) and Window and Door Manufacturers Association (WDMA).
PPG also will highlight its shed and barn touch-up kits. These professionally packaged collections of half-pint cans, semi-transprent aerosols, semi-transparent paint pens, and chip-bristle brushes enable shed shops or delivery personnel to touch-up light spots and scratches at customer sites in minutes. The kits enhance PPG’s broader service capabilities, which include local stocking, service and delivery; shortened lead times; on-site application training and color consulting; and more.
Visitors to the PPG booth also can sign up for the “Tool Shed” newsletter and create an e-account for online invoicing and payments.
