Mule-Hide Products Co. Inc. has refreshed its mulehide.com website, giving it a more streamlined and engaging look, adding new tools and resources, and making it easier for visitors to access the information they need.
Additions and enhancements to the site include:
• Automated translations into Spanish, French and Polish.
• A new section geared toward architects and others in the design community. It provides easy access to details and specifications, includes outlines of the American Institute of Architects Continuing Education (AIA/CES) courses the company offers, and allows designers to contact the company to schedule an AIA/CES program.
• A new section devoted to the company’s RISE (Roofing Installation and Systems Education) Program. It offers details on the company’s training programs and links allowing contractors and distributors to easily contact the appropriate Mule-Hide Products territory manager to schedule a training event.
• Visitors can view documents in their entirety without downloading them – a capability that, in particular, makes gathering information easier for the growing number of people who access the site using a mobile device.
• “Hover” menus provide quick, easy access to product information without having to click through multiple screens to drill down to the desired information.
• Contractors can more easily find contact information for their local territory manager – their primary point of contact at the company.
“Our site has always offered a lot of great information about our products and how to install them,” said marketing manager Jenny Emann. “Over the past few years, we have been focused on building on that. We are creating a go-to resource for our customers, providing tools that actually make their job easier. From helping them estimate how much product is needed for a job to helping them diagnose a roofing issue, we’re saving them time, lending our expertise and making it easy.”
