Job Purpose:
The Formulation Chemist position is responsible for performing technical development and formulation of paint systems to support the achievement of the company's business goals and objectives.
Duties and responsibilities:
Chem-Pak is located in the Mid-Atlantic region just 1.5 hours west of Washington DC in the northeastern panhandle of West Virginia. We have a long history in aerosol filling and product development with over 45 years of experience in our industry. Our state of the art fire and safety compliant facility was built in 2001.

Job Purpose:

- Collaboratively work with the technical team to design, plan, and conduct projects developing and improving new paint systems.
- Provide support for factory scale up.
- Develop understanding of technical challenges and develop solutions to overcome problems.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work area.
- Must comply with all safety and regulatory policies.
