Coating Formulator
Reports to Lab Manager
- Develops products for sale to customers and potential customer.
- Prepares sales packages for the sales department.
- Maintains safe and clean work area.
- Maintains test equipment and supplies.
- Assists sales department with technical assistance during product trials.
- Assists production department with manufacture of new products (first runs and pilot batches)
- Assists quality control with assessment and adjustment of new products (first runs and pilot batches)
- Performs other tasks as assigned by lab manager including, but not limited to: assisting in quality control, evaluating dip tank samples from customers, assisting with customer complaints, assisting with production situations, etc.
