The TH Hilson Company, a specialty chemical distributor, announced the sale of the company to Ravago Chemical, a subsidiary of Ravago Holdings America. The sale included brand identity, employee retention as well as trade names, supplier and customer lists, and all other information, systems and equipment required to operate the business.
