The Duplex Supermill Plus media mill is designed with two horizontal chambers on one common frame. The product passes through the first chamber and directly into the second chamber without the need of a surge tank or separate feed pump. Size ranges are from 0.6-0.8mm to the largest 3.0mm diameter. These beads are attractively priced from $42.00 to $60.00 per kilogram depending upon size and order quantity. NEOS Grinding System
NETZSCH has found a way to optimize the traditional peg grinding system to achieve the highest possible throughput rate, with the lowest amount of energy input, while respecting the highest level of quality during grinding and dispersing of various products. The Neos grinding system (see Fig. 5) reflects a series of improvements made possible through a redesigned grinding chamber, agitator shaft, and use of smaller grinding beads. A higher potential product throughput leads to an increase in the number of cycles per grinding period and thus to a narrower residence time distribution of the product particles in the grinding chamber.
