Starting April 1, 2018, Sartormer Americas, a business unit of Arkema, expanded its distribution network through a partnership with Harwick Standard Distribution Corp. to market and sell Sartomer specialty (meth)acrylate additives and co-agents into the rubber and elastomer industries in the U.S.
Harwick Standard is already a distributor of Arkema’s Vul-Cup, Di-Cup, and Luperox peroxide cross-linkers and additives into the rubbers market and will add Sartomer’s Saret coagents, MCure resins, and other specialty (meth)acrylates.
“Our partnership with Harwick Standard is an important part of our plan for growth in the rubber and elastomer industry, as Sartomer focuses on commercial excellence and providing innovative solutions,” said Kenny Messer, president of Sartomer Americas. “Their experience and presence in the rubber market will help us reach more customers and better serve our existing customers with a more robust offering of Arkema products.”
