Axalta Coating Systems will host a celebratory event at its Mt. Clemens manufacturing plant in honor of receiving the General Motors Supplier of the Year award for the second consecutive year. During the celebration, Axalta will unveil the joint paint scheme it will share with the University on the No. 88 Axalta-University of Michigan Chevrolet SS racecar which Dale Earnhardt Jr. will drive in August during the Pure Michigan 400 at Michigan International Speedway.
