Axalta Coating Systems’ North American Automotive Color of the Year 2016, Brilliant Blue, made a splash at the recent Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) automotive aftermarket tradeshow in Las Vegas, Nevada. The dazzling color was prominently featured on Mark Stuart’s 1934 Ford Coupe in Axalta’s Engineered for Speed booth.
Long-time Axalta customer, Jason Reitz – owner of The Hot Rod Barn body shop in Joliet, Illinois, painted the Coupe in the popular shade. Jason recently shared his experience as a guest author in Axalta’s Color Block blog. You can read Reitz’s article titled, Brilliant Blue Shines at SEMA here .
