ICP Industrial Inc. formed ICP Industrial Canada, Inc. and partnered with Divicor Inc., a manufacturer’s representative firm based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

In addition to this formation, ICP Industrial Canada has entered into a strategic partnership with Divicor, a manufacturer's representative firm that will support its efforts in supplying its pressroom consumables to the Canadian market. Divicor is represented by Stéphane Fortin.
