The EnergyCuring division is a global supplier of specialty chemicals. Our products are used in UV and electron beam curing. Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Affairs EnergyCuring, located in Zurich, you will drive the regulatory compliance of our sales products in North America and also assist in importing RAHN products into other countries. Your main Responsibilities

- Management of regulatory compliance of RAHN with North American regulations (e.g. TSCA/CEPA, OSHA/WHIMS)
- Monitor and interpret legislation
- Assess impact to business in order to provide appropriate advice to management
- Perform registrations (e.g. PMN, DSL)
- Prepare and submit required reports to authorities
- Support business by training of sales staff and by responding to customer enquiries
- Represent RAHN in industry associations and conference

Your Profile
- Scientific background based on a higher degree in Chemistry
- Several years of work experience in regulatory environment, in particular in the field of chemical registrations and classification of products of industrial chemicals
- Ability to monitor and interpret legislation (existing and developing) and assess impact on business in order to provide advice in a proactive and timely manner
- Support business by responding to customer enquires related to regulatory such as inventory status, food contact status, classification & labelling, safe handling etc.
- Understanding of hazard classification according to the requirements of GHS as adopted by various regulatory agencies and control SDS and labels accordingly
- Experience with EPA CDX system
- Willingness to travel (10 % of time) mainly USA / EU
- Precise and systematic working approach method and client service orientated work attitude
