Pacific Paints (Boysen) is the leading architectural paint manufacturer in the Philippines. Pacific Paints was founded in 1953, and in 1960, the company acquired the license to manufacture BOYSEN Paints in the Philippines from the Walter N. Boysen Company of Oakland, CA.
Boysen’s line of paints includes acrylic water-based and solvent-based formulations, with leading brands such as Permacoat, a 100% acrylic paint; Acrytex, an acrylic solvent-based coating for concrete and wood; and Konstrukt construction chemicals. Among Pacific Paint (Boysen)’s most successful product lines are BOYSEN KNOxOUT, which uses ultrafine titanium dioxide to break down and neutralize NOx.
Pacific Paint (Boysen) has manufacturing facilities in Cavite, Laguna and Quezon City, as well as Atlantic Coatings, Inc., also in Cavite.
