Cloverdale Paint Inc. has made changes to its board of directors.
Wink and Noelle Vogel announced their retirement from the board of directors and will not be standing for re-election.
To maintain the family structure of the board, Tracy McDonald and Randy Vogel were appointed to replace them. This new structure maintains the balance of three family directors, three management directors and three external directors.
Wink Vogel will assume the position of honorary chairman. His son, Tim Vogel, was nominated as chairman and will hold the positions of chairman and CEO.
