Nyalic mitigates corrosion related equipment downtime in Ag & Construction industry with the application of its innovative clear resin coating for all types of equipment. Corrosion is the major problem when it comes to premature equipment failure and excessive maintenance expenses. Nyalic is non-conductive and static free and is used to protect circuit boards, electrical connections, wiring harnesses and panels. The thin film coating allows for application to radiators and inner coolers with no effect on heat transfer. By forming a protective barrier on the entirety of a machine, Nyalic mitigates corrosion related equipment downtime and reduces maintenance expenses. Developed in the late 1960’s for the Apollo Space Program for use in the command capsules and on the Lunar Rover specifically to protect critical components from harsh environments, Nyalic is now used on wheel loaders, skid steers, material handlers and any and all types of machines working in harsh environments. Nyalic is proven effective in protecting high-value machines that are used to mine, process, transport and package highly aggressive and corrosive chemicals like salt, phosphate, urea, fertilizers, potash and chloride products. Nyalic stretches equipment useful life by years and preserves capital funds by minimizing corrosion damage. This is accomplished by sealing surfaces from moisture and chemicals. Nyalic inhibits corrosion, oxidation, staining and paint chalking and works to minimize the effects of electrolysis. Nyalic is self-leveling and self-annealing making field repairs of any damage to the coating quick and easy. A Nyalic-coated surface is easy to clean, reducing maintenance costs both in products used for cleaning and in labor. Nyalic is not a sacrificial coating. It is not a wax or polish. A one-time application of Nyalic on a piece of equipment should last as long as three years. This clear polymeric resin coating is used by equipment fleet owners and managers to protect surfaces prone to corrosion related maintenance problems including premature parts replacement.
