For the fourth consecutive year, Axalta presents its Axalta on Tour training program in Mexico, one of the most important markets in the Americas. The program brings theoretical and hands-on training directly to automotive refinish painters at their body shops.
Axalta on Tour was launched in 2015 as an innovative model of specialized, free training to help refinish professionals stay up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques. Instructors teach painters how to get the most out of Axalta's refinish brands such as Spies Hecker and Imlar in order to better serve their customers.
“Helping customers thrive is more than just providing them with innovative coatings, it is also helping them to maximize their productivity and efficiency with our products so that they can help their customers and boost the bottom line,” said Daniel Salcido, Axalta Mexico president. “In 2017, more than 3,000 automotive painters in Mexico took part in the program and we’re looking forward to breaking that record in 2018.”
